Bridge Jumper Swam To Safety, PA Troopers Say

A person jumped into the Delaware River, Pennsylvania State Police told Daily Voice on Thursday.

The unidentified person jumped from the I-80 toll bridge around midday on July 20, 2023, PSP explained.

The jumper was taken in by authorities for "evaluation," said Trooper Anthony Petroski.

Their condition was not immediately clear.
